Customer Success Manager
Hybrid (Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL are preferred locations)

Customer Success Managers are responsible for maximizing platform implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our product capabilities. You are a key resource in delivering our commitment to revealing actionable insights for proactive problem solving.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
- Work closely with the customer, sales team, and product team to help the customer use Ripple to their advantage
- Conduct a needs analysis with customer
- Manage the relationship with customers from Discovery to Launch to Adoption to Expansion
- Meet regularly to drive value towards customer key performance metrics and objectives/goals
- Communicate regularly and respond with urgency to customer issues
- Deliver insights to product team for product improvements
- Provide regular reporting, customer and adoption intelligence, training, and re-training of power users
WHO IS YOUR TEAM:
In this role, you will be part of our Customer Success team, reporting to the Customer Success Sr. Manager. You will work closely with Sales and Product and bring your expertise to provide successful implementation solutions, training/adoption, trends/insights, and drive account expansions.
