What is your role:
As a RippleWorx Data Analyst, responsible for the integration, extraction, transformation, and loading of large data sets, as well as the development of data visualizations utilizing Tableau.  

‍Who is your team:
In this role, you will report to the Chief Scientist - Head of Data Analytics Group. You will also work closely with the Software Development and the Customer Success teams to understand customer and core product data analysis and visualization requirements.

Who you are:
Integrate data from multiple sources and systems, including APIs, web services, flat files, databases, and other sources
Develop ETL processes and pipelines to move data from source  o destination
Use SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data
Utilize programming languages such as Python or R to process, clean, and analyze data
Create responsive dashboards, reports, and visualization in Tableau
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against business goals
Troubleshoot and debug data integration issues
Self-motivated learner and clear communicator
Work in an agile team environment to deliver results on a consistent iterative basis
Influence product direction by reviewing requirements & providing feedback within integrated product development team

‍What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, and ETL processes
Proficiency with SQL
Advanced experience in MS Excel including PivotTables and Data Tables
Experience in R, Python or similar programming language for data analysis and manipulation
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and topic modeling
Experience using Tableau across all platforms: Desktop, Server, & Prep preferred
Experience with web services and APIs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
2+ years’ experience communicating statistical analysis to general population
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
