Your role:
As a RippleWorx Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building compelling and meaningful customer-facing dashboards and reports using Tableau.

‍Your team:
In this role, you will report to the Chief Scientist and head of the Data Analytics Group, working to aggregate, clean, and visualize business analytics data. You will also work closely with the Software Development and the Customer Success teams to understand customer and core product data analysis and visualization requirements.

‍What you will do:
‍Create responsive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau
Work in an agile team environment to deliver results on a consistent iterative basis
Initiate creative & innovative ways to serve customers and improve our business, as well as spread best practices throughout the company
Participate in planning and sizing activities
Influence product direction by review requirements and provide feedback to product owners

Experience requirements:
2+ years of Tableau dashboard development across all platforms: Desktop, Server, and Prep preferred
Experienced in scaling Tableau server(s), an understanding of its components and how to configure, and the ability to tune them to achieve optimal performing visualizations.
4+ years of experience with SQL and Data warehousing concepts preferred
2+ years of experience communicating statistical analysis to general population
Knowledge of software development and connection to data (SAFe Agile Development)
Expert at MS Excel and data manipulation / hygiene

Job location:
Your choice! 100% Remote, in-person, or anything in between. However, Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL are preferred locations, as our primary teams are based there. Ability and freedom to travel.
