In this role, you will primarily serve the law enforcement market with a focus on our holistic training platform, MAGNUSWorx ( This innovative tool is designed to help police officers thrive both on and off duty by cultivating empowering habits for wellness, resilience, and peak performance.

- 2-3+ years of B2B SaaS sales development experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, backed by a proven track record of achieving results.
- Competency in using sales tools like HubSpot CRM, email automation, and confident in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting.
- A driven self-starter, passionate about researching, identifying, and connecting with prospective customers, and owning the outbound sales function.
- Possess a professional work ethic, sound judgment, and a "get it done" attitude, demonstrating your eagerness to build robust customer pipelines.
- An excellent team player who collaborates cross-functionally to achieve goals, with a growth mindset and readiness to accelerate in a company with strong product/market fit.
- Process-oriented, comfortable with adopting playbooks, processes, and best practices, and technology-savvy, ready to dive into modern software.
- An athlete mentality, taking full ownership of your sales funnel, executing with precision and drive.
- Experience in or affinity with the military, law enforcement, or high-performance industries is a significant plus.

In this role, you will become a vital member of our vibrant and passionate Sales and Marketing teams, reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Together, we thrive on understanding our software, customers, and the strategies that drive successful lead generation and conversion. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and stages.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks in a target-driven environment.
