Meet RippleWorx’s newest ambassador and member, Jeff Kingsfield.

With his extensive executive experience, Jeff will propel the RippleWorx brand forward in a multitude of ways by:

  • Increasing reach
  • Cultivating new sales opportunities
  • Enhancing the existing RippleWorx team his with executive expertise

Jeff is also the owner of The Kingsfield Company, a real estate investment firm in Atlanta, GA.  With a passion for building and developing successful businesses, Jeff is excited about putting this experience into practice for RippleWorx’s vision of helping people and companies #bebetter.

While a technology company, like RippleWorx, is seemingly different from Atlanta’s booming housing market, and Jeff’s most recent experiences, RippleWorx is not a stretch.  The company’s premise is aligning regular actions, towards a common goal, to achieve consistent results  - which also is the ripple effect and should be the core of any business. And, Jeff can provide testimony to the effectiveness of this principle in his own life.

“In 2011, I decided that I wanted to become an Ironman.  At that time, I had never competed in a triathlon – so tackling an event that included a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run made absolutely no sense.  I completed my first Ironman in September of 2011 in what was, at the time, one of the hardest days of my life.  This race took all that I had to complete. I was absolutely done.  Then I decided I wanted not just to be an Ironman, but to compete in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. It was a ridiculous goal.

Setting big goals was not foreign to me. In 2001 I started my own home building company in the face of the 9/11 crisis.  In 2004, I started a journey to lose 100 pounds, going from 270 pounds to 170 pounds in one year.  My whole career, my whole life,  has been about taking on (really) big challenges and succeeding. How did I do it?  In each case, my success was a result of the daily management of my goals; tracking my results and setting new daily goals along the way. I learned that good results lead to more good results – whether it was losing 5 pounds, increasing my bike wattage or selling more homes – the ripple effect of good results drove me to want more.

This is why I am investing in RippleWorx, I believe in the ripple effect. I believe from my own human development that anything is possible – including competing at the highest level in athletics and business.  If you discipline yourself to follow the effects of doing good work, you will enjoy success beyond even your own expectations.   I want to see people enjoy the results of personal development – it’s my passion and the passion of RippleWorx to help people #bebetter.”

RippleWorx, is a complete digital, business intelligence solution designed to optimize how teams and individuals can daily impact their culture, productivity, and resources to achieve their biggest goals.
